Shipping:
We take particular care in packaging and protecting the products we ship, to limit the risk of damage during transport. Wherever possible, we try to use recycled materials to limit our impact on the environment.
On receipt of the parcel, please check the package and its contents. If you notice any damage to the parcel, please notify the carrier immediately on the delivery note and inform us as soon as possible (take photos if you can).
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 10 days of receipt of payment. We try to reduce these delays as much as possible. You will be informed by email when your order has been dispatched, and if necessary we will give you a tracking number and a delivery deadline.
Costs:
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging (fixed costs) and postage (depending on weight and destination). The default shipping method for France is Colissimo or lettre suivie. Outside France, the cheapest services will be offered. The option of delivery with signature will be chosen by us according to the value of your order, at no extra cost to you.
The weight limit for packages is 30 Kg. If the order is exceeded, it will be split into several packages, which will incur additional charges.
Returns:
If you wish to return a defective product (or if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal on a non-personalized product), please contact our company to obtain a return slip and advice on re-shipment. In all cases, return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is correctly packaged so that it is not damaged in transit. If a product is returned to us damaged due to poor packaging, we cannot be held responsible for its deterioration or loss.
