Adafruit NRF52840 Feather Express
This board enables connecting buttons, switches, encoders, potentiometers, rotary switches, joysticks and various sensors, to easily deploy wireless solutions.
An battery charging circuit allows you to power the board with a battery for embedded applications, along with an internal connexion in order to measure precisely the battery voltage, so you will know the charge that's left.
You will have access to 22 I/Os, including 7 analog inputs with a 12 bits ADC. One additionnal digital input is available for the on board user switch, as well as an "NFC" pad under the board if another input is needed. The inputs are 3.3 V and are not 5 V tolerant. The heart of this board is the NRF52840, the most suitable microcontroller on the market for embedded systems. Clocked at 64 MHz, it also offers 2 SPI ports, 1 I2C port , and 1 serial port. Like all the boards we propose, we have enhenced the kernel in order to offer as much features as possible.
Note : This board is not using the bluetooth protocol, you will have to use a NrfDongle dongle to make it use it.

Adafruit QT PY SamD21
The Adafruit QT PY SamD21 board brings you the power of a SamD21 in one of the smallest form factor. Size and pinout is compatible with the Seeeduino XIAO board, but has more features : a reset button, a Neopixel RGB Led, and a STEMMA QT I2C connector.
Thanks to Node Blue, this board enables connecting buttons, switches, encoders, potentiometers, rotary switches, joysticks and various sensors.
By choosing the Bodac option, you'll be able to connect 5 buttons on only one input.
For example :
– with 2 encoders, 11 buttons instead of 7.
– without encoders, 15 buttons instead of 11.
Attention, this board uses an USB-C connector.

Sensors
Angle sensor AS5600 ElectroSeed
Contactless AS5600 12 bits angle sensor, delivered with a magnet.
Allows you to make pedals or any other element requiring a robust angle sensor.
The angle range can be 360° but can also be reduced to 18° while keeping the full precision of the sensor.
Available interfaces are analog or I2C.
We recommand I2C, since it will give a better precision if the angle interval is reduced, and also the signal will be more protected against noise.
In analog mode, if you have a board that is already programmed for potentiometers, you can replace them with this type of sensor without reprogramming the board (but pay attention to the wiring which is different).
Power voltage :3.3V
Board dimensions: 22.6 mm x 23.2 mm, thickness 3.2 mm (including pcb and components)
Magnet dimension : Diameter 6mm, height 2.5 mm
Magnet to sensor distance : min 0 mm, max 5 mm
